I hate myself

Image
I Hate Myself: The Struggle of Self-Loathing In life, there are times when we find ourselves in a constant battle with our own thoughts and emotions. The feeling of self-hatred can be a crippling force that consumes our every waking moment. It can stem from past actions, present insecurities, or fears of the future. No matter the root cause, the end result is always the same – a deep sense of disgust and loathing towards oneself. The Act I Did, The Act I Am Doing Self-hatred often arises from a disconnect between our actions and our values. We may find ourselves engaging in behaviors that go against our moral compass, causing inner turmoil and self-reproach. The more we act in ways that contradict our beliefs, the more intense our feelings of self-hatred become. It becomes a vicious cycle of doing things we regret, which only serves to deepen our self-loathing. The Impact of Shyness, Insecurity, and Fear Shyness, insecurity, and fear can also play a significant role in...

The Unexpected Path: Embracing Life’s Surprises

Image
"In life, we don’t get what we expect, sometimes we get better, a joy to reflect." In life, it’s natural to have expectations. We hope for certain outcomes, look forward to specific events, and anticipate the actions of people around us. However, reality often unfolds differently from our plans. Yet, this divergence from our expectations can lead to outcomes even better than we had imagined. We might pray or wish for particular things, but the universe—or God, if you believe—often has a different, grander plan. What we receive may not always align with our desires, but it tends to be exactly what we need. This realization encourages us to trust that we are being guided towards an amazing life, one filled with the experiences we deserve, even if they weren’t what we originally envisioned. Believing in oneself and having patience are crucial. Everything we seek will arrive at the perfect time. When faced with challenges or undesirable situations, it's essential...

Immersed in Regret: Seeking Redemption.

Image
"Regret's hold, a story yet untold." Regret is a powerful emotion that often stems from our past mistakes and bad deeds. Recently, I’ve found myself overwhelmed by regret, thinking about both old and recent wrongdoings. These thoughts weigh heavily on my mind, but I've decided to take this as a turning point in my life. The first step in moving forward is acknowledging the mistakes. By admitting what we've done wrong, we can begin to understand why we did it and how we can prevent it from happening again. Understanding the impact of our actions on others and ourselves is crucial. Mistakes can hurt people we care about and damage our own self-esteem, making reflection an important part of the healing process. Seeking forgiveness is a vital step in mending relationships and easing our own guilt. It takes courage to apologize, but it shows sincerity and a willingness to change. While forgiveness from others may not always come, making the effort is what ...

Emotional Tides: The Early Morning and Midnight Rollercoaster

Image
My journey Through Morning and Midnight Sensitivity. Behind their laughs and their smiles, boys carry emotional files. As I navigate my 20s, balancing studies, passions, family responsibilities, and relationships, I've noticed a shift in my emotional landscape. While I've always been good at hiding my feelings, lately, they've been bubbling to the surface, especially in the early morning and late at night. Simple things like my mom waking me up in the morning or a minor disagreement with my brother leave me feeling alone and misunderstood. During the day, I put on a brave face, but at night, the floodgates open, and I find myself overwhelmed by tears and questions. From poignant movie scenes to witnessing injustices, also texting with loved ones or any reality checks.every little thing hits me harder than before. It's confusing and sometimes embarrassing that Why only in these hours I feel this way? The unspoken thoughts and challenges within a boy must find...

Securing EWS Certification: Triumph Amidst Challenges

Image
Striving for Equality: A Student's Journey to EWS Certification "For the general student, no reservation, hurdles hinder their deserved elevation." Reservation sparks debate, but it's crucial in countries like India, where diversity exists but equality, especially in socio-economic terms, is lacking. Achieving unity in diversity requires open conversations and efforts to bridge socio-economic gaps while respecting diversity. In the world of education and jobs, many general category students face tough challenges without reservation benefits, (while SC/ST/OBC have their allocation) they relies solely on their merit. But there's hope with the Economic Weaker Sections (EWS) reservation, offering 10% reservation to general students, which government recently unveiled a scheme. However getting this certificate isn't easy.  Due to the minority status granted to SC/ST or OBC and excessive reservation, the general population is increasingly becoming a mino...

How to live in the present?

Image
" All we have is now, the present moment " I have the problem of not able to live in the present moment. My problem is not with living on Earth, but in its time. So basically we know there are three times. past present and future. People who manage all three periods well live the best life. But in my case it is the opposite. I'm living in the present but thinking about the future and the past. That I am wasting the precious time of the present and i am not able to live well. Things like what I did wrong in the past affected me now. Look, I have no control over my past, but still I think about it and it's ruining the present. Apart from this, sometimes I kept thinking about the future, what will happen tomorrow, how the days will pass. It has both positive and negative meanings. It is good if you look at the past and learn from the mistake and the lessons learned from it. That's why it is often said that your best teacher is your last mistake. But if yo...

Be my Winter, i'll be your Blanket

Image
Well people change with the seasons, like today he/she is your friend, tomorrow he/she will stand against you. And you have some friends who stand by you only in your good days, but when you are feeling down and adverse when you need help the most, there is no one to help you. Well, I'm not going to upset you by talking about these kinds of friends. I'm going to talk about a loyal friend and a friend in need to whom we are all very attached. Although there are 6 seasons but we like 3 seasons the most. such as- summer, rainy and winter. Every season gives us a faithful friend to survive and adapt to the weather. In summer we have shade from trees, in rainy season we have umbrella and in winter we have blanket , which is my personal favourite. Whenever winter comes, our first and foremost need is a blanket. The blanket is really close to my heart because whenever winter comes it spontaneously comes out of the cupboard and touches me like a familiar person. And once y...

Dizzy Roads: My experience through the daze of getting a Driving Licence

Image
I shouldn't have written anything about this experience. In a way, this could also be an exposure of my luck and stupidity. But the way I struggled to get a Driving License is really worth writing about. I drive well in city or other places but when it comes to DL test.... So people share their experiences when the best happens to them or the worst happens or something unexpected happens. And the unexpected happens to me in an area you don't know about, this is my experience in getting a driving license. Usually, before getting a driving license, you have to pass a test which is called learning license. There are two ways to give the learning license test, through online Aadhaar authentication and by visiting the RTO. So I chose online mode.. and gave the exam. So the rule of online test is that you have to sit in front of the camera and give the test. I was not so familiar with those questions so I asked my friends to help me with difficult questions. So out of 15...

HPD & Social Media: Case Study of an Emerging Mental Disorder

Image
Introduction Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD) is a complex and relatively uncommon mental health condition characterized by comprehensive patterns of excessive attention-seeking, emotional expression, and a need for constant validation.  Individuals with HPD often exhibit dramatic and flamboyant behaviour, seeking to be the centre of attention in social settings. They may engage in seductive or provocative behaviour to maintain this focus on themselves. People with HPD tend to be highly emotional, with rapidly shifting moods and intense but shallow interpersonal relationships. They may be easily influenced by others and often have difficulty maintaining long-term, genuine connections. Their self-esteem is often fragile, relying heavily on external approval and praise. While the exact cause of HPD is not fully understood, a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors likely contributes to its development. Diagnosis and treatment typicall...
